Information we collect

We collect information in two ways:

• Information you provide. When you submit a quote, estimate, or cost-guide form, we collect the information you enter — typically your name, email address, phone number, ZIP code or city, and optional project details (such as window styles, sizes, and quantities).
• Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, certain information is collected automatically by our hosting and analytics providers, including IP address, browser type and version, device type, pages viewed, time on page, referring URL, and timestamps.

Introduction

SoCal Enhanced Home Solution LLC, doing business as Tesla Windows ("we", "us", "our"), operates teslawindows.com (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect about visitors to the Site, how we use it, and the choices available to you. By using the Site or submitting any form, you agree to the practices described below.

How we use your information

We use the information we collect to: (a) respond to your quote, estimate, or service request and schedule a free in-home measurement; (b) follow up by phone, text, or email about your project; (c) operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site; (d) measure traffic and the performance of our marketing campaigns; and (e) comply with applicable laws and enforce our terms.

Cookies, analytics, and advertising

We use Google Tag Manager to load measurement and advertising tags, including Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel. These services place cookies and similar technologies in your browser and may collect information about your visit — including pages viewed, events triggered, approximate location based on IP address, and device characteristics — for analytics, conversion measurement, and remarketing on Google and Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram). You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on, and you can manage Meta advertising preferences in your Facebook account settings. Most browsers also let you block or delete cookies in their settings.

Service providers

Form submissions are received and processed by Netlify Forms (our hosting platform) and delivered to our team by Resend (email transport). Hosting is provided by Netlify. These providers process limited personal information solely to deliver their services to us, under their own privacy policies and security practices.

Data retention

We retain quote and estimate submissions for as long as needed to serve you and to comply with tax, accounting, and legal obligations. Analytics data is retained according to the default settings of each platform unless we shorten the retention window.

How we share information

We do not sell personal information for money. We share information only with the service providers listed above, with our installation crews and subcontractors to fulfill your project, and where required by law (for example, in response to a valid subpoena).

Your California privacy rights

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) gives you the right to request: (a) the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you; (b) deletion of personal information we hold, subject to certain exceptions; (c) correction of inaccurate personal information; and (d) to opt out of "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. To exercise any of these rights, email us at info@teslawindows.com from the address associated with your inquiry. We will respond within 45 days. You may also designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf.

Children's privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information you submit. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
